If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Sarvasv Nirvana.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Sarvasv Nirvana, accessible from www.Sarvasvnirvana.com
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
- COD Cash on Delivery – For Occult Science services, Digital Courses, Digital Products, Crystals and Crystal Products – We do not offer COD. Such services/goods are on pre-paid basis only.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Digital Products (e.g. Ebook, Course Materials, Web Domain, Website, Other Digital services)
- Occult Services
- Crystals and Crystal Products
- Digital Courses
- Our Partner’s Deals and Offers promoted via our website
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (in case of any purchases through us made from our partners).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery
Return and Refund
Only goods or products (not falling in under category of non-returnable items) will be considered for Returns and Refund. A Refund request raised within 5 Days of receipt of products purchased from us, will be considered for Refunds and Return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 to 7 working days timeframe.
Occult Science services, Crystal or Crystal products purchases, Digital products and Digital Courses purchased, as these are on Pre-paid basis, refund or cancellation will not be processed. Money once paid, is non-refundable for the listed items and/or services.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- If you receive damaged goods, please share pictures of the damage as soon as you receive the product.
- After delivery, to raise any dispute related to the order, please makes sure
- The dispute should be raised within 48 hours after receipt of the shipment.
- A parcel opening video is mandatory for damaged or missing goods complaints or to raise any complaint related to goods. One single-take video is required.
- Close-up and clear images of damaged products are mandatory to process a claim.
Replacement & Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at source. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@sarvasvnirvana.com and send your item to our registered address. It is advisable to share Unboxing video shot in one go only. Without unboxing video, it is at discretion of company to decline the exchange request.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Return
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time, it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
